The RC65 is an automatic tray filler designed for professional use in greenhouse and nursery production. It is particularly suited for filling trays, pots and containers with substrate prior to seeding. The machine stands out for its user-friendly design, robustness and ease of maintenance.

Substrate is distributed by a 4-blade rotor with adjustable speed, allowing easy adjustment of the final soil density in the cells. The machine is equipped with cranks for quick self-centring adjustment of containers. The RC65 is especially suitable for production lines requiring changeover of filling material during operation — emptying the hopper and fully cleaning the components is quick and straightforward, saving operator time. Thanks to the belt feed system, the machine can be used both as a stand-alone unit and integrated into a production line.
