The IRMO5 is a next-generation mobile double rail suspended irrigation boom designed for professional use in greenhouses and nurseries. First presented at the GreenTech 2025 fair in Amsterdam, it has been developed to deliver precision, reliability and next-generation connectivity. The IRMO5 combines advanced technology with user-friendly operation, offering professional growers unmatched flexibility and efficiency.

The machine features a 7-inch touchscreen operator panel with a high-brightness display and UV protection, operable at temperatures from 0 to +50°C. Remote control is available via a dedicated app — with an optional rugged tablet with customisable graphics for a tailored user experience. The system supports up to 16 solenoid valves for extended control and wide scalability.

Significant attention has been given to safety and precision: the machine is equipped with a limit switch with safety cable and acoustic alarm, an encoder mounted on the cable for position control, an independent external power cable, and a simplified, secure connection to the power supply. The highly efficient motor reduces energy consumption by 15% without sacrificing power.

Programming is fully customisable: weekly scheduling, water consumption recording (litres used), power supply for external devices mounted on the arm (e.g. UV lamps, cameras), remote technical assistance and simplified diagnostics. Alarms link directly to the user and to the relevant pages of the maintenance manual.
