The LAV10 is an automatic tray and container washer and disinfecting machine designed for professional use in greenhouse and nursery production. The machine automatically washes and disinfects trays and containers of various shapes and sizes. Once positioned at the entrance, containers advance through the machine automatically by means of a support belt running along the bottom.

In the washing chamber, containers are sprayed with high-pressure water jets delivered through easily removable nozzles, which can be quickly detached for cleaning or replacement. After washing, the containers can pass through an additional treatment to eliminate pathogenic factors: either chemical treatment with suitably diluted antibacterial substances, or UV lamp treatment capable of eliminating light-sensitive bacteria. In both cases, the standard model simply needs to be extended with the treatment tunnel.

When connected to an input feed belt and an output accumulation belt, the LAV10 can be transformed into a complete and autonomous WASHING LINE, delivering outstanding results in terms of production output and efficiency.
