The ALFA65 is a high-performance modular automatic drum seeding line designed for professional use in greenhouse and nursery production. It provides a complete seeding cycle — from automatic tray feeding and substrate filling through seed sowing, covering, watering, and stacking.

Trays advance one after another through the tray filler, ensuring maximum filling uniformity in every cell, including those along the edges of the tray. The filling density can be adjusted with a single handle — soft, medium, or high density. Excess substrate is automatically recovered and fully recycled with no waste.

The heart of the machine is the ALFA drum seeder: trays first pass under a marker drum that creates a centred, uniform hole in each cell at the correct depth. In the second phase, seeds are positioned precisely and uniformly in these holes via a dedicated drilled drum. The powerful suction system ensures perfect seed singularisation for both small and large seeds. A second seeding drum can be added for multi-seeding or chemical grain dispensing. Seed and tray changeover is fast — drums are changed without tools.

The ALFA65 reaches a production capacity of up to 1,200 trays per hour and is compatible with all standard tray types — polystyrene, thermoformed and rigid injection-moulded plastic.
