The SEMKAPPA65 is a compact electro-pneumatic row seeder designed for professional use in greenhouse and nursery production. Featuring an electronically synchronised seeding mechanism and a PVC conveyor belt feed system, it can be used both as a stand-alone machine and integrated into a full seeding line.

Seeding is performed by a nozzle bar that picks up seeds and deposits them precisely in the centre of each cell at the correct depth, row by row, while simultaneously creating the hole for accurate seed placement. The machine is compatible with all standard tray types — polystyrene, thermoformed and rigid injection-moulded plastic — and suitable for both naked and pelleted seeds.

With a production capacity of up to 2,400 rows per hour — equivalent to 120 trays per hour with 200-cell trays — the SEMKAPPA65 delivers 40% higher output than the SEMSF13 model. Its key advantage is the quick-change nozzle system, which allows adaptation to any seed size without additional costs.
